LINDA WATSON

The US-American Linda Watson has made guest appearances all over the world, including the Vienna State Opera, La Scala in Milan, the New York Met and the Bayreuth Festival.

She was nominated for a Grammy Award in 2014, has been a German Kammersängerin since 2004 and an Austrian Kammersängerin since 2020.

Ildikó Raimondi

Prof. ILDIKÓ RAIMONDI

Ildikó Raimondi is a celebrated opera and concert singer, highly acclaimed as an interpreter of song. She has been a member of the Vienna State Opera since 1991 and has sung over 50 operatic roles here.

Since 2015 she is professor for solo singing at the University Mozarteum Salzburg.

Peter Breuer

Prof. PETER BREUER

Peter Breuer was one of the leading dancers in the international ballet world in the 70s and 80s. In 2015 he received the Grand Cross of Honor of the Austrian Federal Government for his life’s work as a dancer and choreographer and the German Dance/Ballet Prize, the highest dance award in the dance world from Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

In 2017, he was awarded the title of Professor by the Austrian Federal President. He choreographed the opera “The Praetorian”.

ANITA GIOVANNA ROSATI

Anita Giovanna Rosati was a member of the Thuringian Opera Studio in 2015/16, at the German National Theater in Weimar and at Theater Erfurt. In 2018 she made her debut at the Theater an der Wien, then at the Philharmonie Luxembourg, and debuted at the Kammeroper Wien in 2021. In 2022 she sang the role of Thomas S. in “The Praetorian”.

JAN PETRYKA

Jan Petryka is an established European concert singer, also thanks to numerous festival appearances, among others, Wiener Festwochen, Luzern Festival, Festival of Early Music Utrecht, Festival Lavaux Classique or Misteria Paschalia. On opera stages he has sung Lazarus at the Theater an der Wien, Magic Flute at the Operá Lyon, the Warsaw Chamber Opera, the Vienna State Opera and the Teatro Communale di Ferrara, among others.

Laura Rieger

LAURA RIEGER

Laura Rieger has sung in Schweinfurt, Heidelberg at the Daegu Opera House in South Korea and at the Schönbrunn Palace Theater in Vienna, among others. Since February 2022 Laura Rieger sings in the Magic Flute at the Landestheater Salzburg. In June 2022 she sang the role of Thomas K. in “Der Prätorianer”.

JOHANNES B. CZERNIN

Born in New York, Johannes B. Czernin sang numerous roles, including in Austria, Slovakia, Italy and Germany. He wrote the libretto for the opera the Praetorian, staged and directed the world premiere and sang the role of the narrator.

Together with Stephan Matthias Lademann and social entrepreneur Patrick Sellier, he established the Taugler Liedertage.

Anna Mittermeier

ANNA MITTERMEIER

Anna Mittermeier’s tours took her to the great concert halls of Europe, Asia and America at a young age. She has won several prizes at national and international competitions, holds a scholarship from the Thyll-Dürr Foundation, is a regular guest musician with renowned Viennese orchestras, and has performed in several opera productions at the Salzburg Festival. Since 2021, Anna Mittermeier has been a lecturer at the Jeunesse music camp.

Risa Schuchter

RISA SCHUCHTER

Risa Schuchter plays in the Camerata Salzburg, the Salzburg Chamber Soloists, the Mozarteum Orchestra Salzburg, the Haydn Philharmonic, the Vienna Chamber Orchestra and as concertmaster in the Swedish chamber orchestra “Musica vitae”, the “Imperial Orchestra”, the “Sinfonietta Baden”, the “Opera Klosterneuburg” performs as a chamber musician in Japan, China, South America, USA and many European countries. Risa plays on a violin by Giovanni Grancino, Milan 1695.

Elena Schleicher

ELENA SCHEICHER

After studying stage and costume design at the Kunsthochschule Weißensee and assisting in Paris for the Gallery Thaddaeus Ropac, in London with Gary Card with set designs for Tim Walker and Stefan Hageneier at the Passion Play in Oberammergau, Elena Scheicher designed and produced the set and costumes for “The Praetorian”.

Plays accordion as a stage and orchestra musician at (mainly Viennese) theaters and opera houses, bandoneon in the Quinteto Tango la Boca and Schrammelharmonika in the attensam quartett and the Symphonic Schrammelquintett Vienna.

Klemen Adamlje

KLEMEN ADAMLJE

Klemen Adamlje graduated from the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna in 2020. In addition to singing, he studied piano and violoncello privately. During the time of the pandemic he discovered his passion for sound engineering and videography.

In the meantime, he has created over 120 different videos for musicians, including Don Giovanni at the Schönbrunn Palace Theater, at Vienna’s Old Town Hall and the recordings with tenor Ramón Vargas.

EMIL KOHLMAYR

Emil Raoul Kohlmayr is a singer, actor and puppeteer. He participated as a puppeteer in “Pictures at an Exhibition” (Karin Schäfer Figurentheater) in Wroclaw and Thessaloniki, later as a performer for Pierre Hyghe (Role Announcer) at Belvedere21, as an actor (Karl May) at Theater im Bunker Mödling and at the Vienna State Opera as a puppeteer in Madama Butterfly. In the Praetorian he played the puppet of Thomas S.

Jovanna Raljic

JOVANNA RALJIC

Jovana Raljić sings jazz-pop and plays the violin. As a soloist, Jovana has played with various symphony orchestras in Hungary, Czech Republic, Spain, Italy, Austria and Bosnia. She is a member of the Vienna Chamber Symphony Quintet, Allegro Vivo Chamber Orchestra and plays the violin Carl Franz Schmidt from 1870.
